靳三针联合小组课的康复训练模式对学龄前孤独症儿童的临床疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨靳三针联合小组课康复训练模式对学龄前孤独症儿童临床疗效的影响。方法选取2021年7月至2022年5月福建省儿童医院康复科收治的学龄前孤独症儿童40例,根据随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各20例。对照组实施小组课的康复训练模式,观察组在对照组的基础上加以中医头针治疗。观察3个月后两组孤独症行为量表(ABC)评分、儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)评分、婴幼儿-初中生日常生活能力评估量表(SM)评分及Gesell发育商(DQ)评分,并比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗3个月后,两组ABC、CARS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组ABC、CARS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组SM、DQ评分均高于治疗前,且观察组SM、DQ评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用靳三针联合小组课的康复训练模式能积极改善孤独症儿童的症状,提升患儿认知、日常生活技能及社交技能,具有临床实用价值。 Objective To explore the impact of Jin’s three-needle therapy combined with a rehabilitation training mode of group classes on the clinical efficacy of preschool children with autism.Methods A total of 40 preschool children with autism admitted to the Department of Rehabilitation,Fujian Children’s Hospital from July 2021 to May 2022 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 20 children in each group.The control group was treated with a rehabilitation training mode of group classes,while the observation group was added to traditional Chinese medicine scalp acupuncture treatment under the same treatment in the control group.The scores of the autism behavior checklist(ABC),childhood autism rating scale(CARS),infants and toddlers-junior high school students social adaptive capacity scale(SM),and developmental quotient(DQ)in two groups after 3 months were observed,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After 3 months of treatment,the ABC and CARS scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,and the ABC and CARS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The SM and DQ scores of both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation training mode of combining traditional Chinese medicine scalp acupuncture with group classes can actively improve the symptoms of children with autism,enhance their cognitive,daily life skills,and social skills,and has clinical practical value.
