摘要
目的评价功能性动作筛查(functional movement screen,FMS)对运动损伤的预测效果。方法计算机检索四大中文数据库(CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,SinoMed)和三大英文数据库(Cochrane Library,Medline,Embase),检索时间为各数据库建库至2023年5月,按照预先制定的遴选标准筛选出功能性动作筛查预测运动损伤的研究。由2名研究者独立进行文献筛选和数据提取,采用QUADAS-2对纳入研究进行质量评价,RevMan 5.3和Meta Disc 1.4软件进行数据分析。结果最终纳入36项研究,共9181名参与者。Meta分析结果显示灵敏度的合并效应值为0.44(95%CI:0.42,0.46),特异度的合并效应值为0.76(95%CI:0.75,0.77),合并阳性似然比为2.08(95%CI:1.76,2.47),合并阴性似然比为0.67(95%CI:0.61,0.75),合并诊断比值比为3.59(95%CI:2.66,4.83),SROC曲线下面积(AUC)为0.7374(SE=0.0374)。结论功能性动作筛查对运动损伤的预测效果较差。当前证据表明功能性动作筛查直接作为运动损伤的预测工具还有待商榷。
Objective To evaluate the predictive effect of functional movement screen(FMS)on sports injury.Methods Articles reporting the FMS in predicting sports injuries published from the establishment of each database to May 2023 were searched in four Chinese databases(CNKI,VIP,WanFang,SinoMed)and three English databases(Cochrane Library,Medline,Embase).Two investigators independently performed literature screening and data extraction.The Quality Assessment of Diagnostic Accuracy Studies 2(QUADAS-2)was used to evaluate the quality of the included studies.RevMan 5.3 and Meta Disc 1.4 software were used for data analysis.Results Thirty-six studies with a total of 9181 participants were included.The meta-analysis showed that the pooled sensitivity,pooled specificity,pooled positive likelihood ratio,pooled negative likelihood,pooled diagnostic odds ratio and the area under the curve(AUC)of summary receiver operating characteristic(SROC)were 0.44(95%CI:0.42,0.46),0.76(95%CI:0.75,0.77),2.08(95%CI:1.76,2.47),0.67(95%CI:0.61,0.75),3.59(95%CI:2.66,4.83),and 0.7374(SE=0.0374),respectively.Conclusion FMS is a poor predictor of sports injury.Current evidences showed that whether FMS is a direct predictor of sports injury is questionable.
