摘要
竖井钻机钻井法具有施工安全性好、机械化程度高、井壁质量好等优点,可实现打井不下井,本质安全的目标。分析了我国西部与中东部钻井地层的差异性,中东部地层基岩占比不超过20%,而西部地层基岩占比超过80%;针对西部煤系地层厚基岩特性、井筒设计和钻机能力等条件,分析并计算了厚基岩地层竖井钻机钻井直径、深度和钻进分级,提出了进风立井“一钻成井”和回风立井“一扩成井”的钻井工艺;分析了不同地层条件下机械破岩钻进的钻压、转速等技术参数及对应的钻进速度,一次全断面钻进ϕ8.5m井筒,钻头的破岩面积近56.8 m^(2),宜采用低钻压和低转速的方式钻进,而ϕ4.2m钻头超前钻孔和ϕ8.5m钻头扩孔钻进时,可适当提高钻压以达到体积破岩的目的;根据钻井工程数据实测统计,进风井ϕ8.5m全断面一次钻进深度达到491.0m,最高月进尺62.3m,回风井ϕ4.2m钻头超前钻进深度513.1m,最高月进尺110.4m,ϕ8.5m钻头扩孔钻进深度为511.0m,最高月进尺171.3m。陕北可可盖煤矿中央进、回风竖井是竖井钻机钻井法在西部煤系地层的首次成功应用,可为西部厚基岩地层竖井钻机钻井法凿井提供参考。
The drilling method of shaft drilling rig has the advantages of good construction safety,high mechanization degree and good quality of shaft wall.The goal of unmanned well operation and intrinsic safety is achieved.The paper analyzes the difference of the drilling formation when the drilling method is applied in the west and the east of China.The proportion of bedrock in the drilling formation in the middle and east of China is less than 20%,while the proportion of bedrock in the west is more than 80%.According to the characteristics of thick bedrock,shaft design and drilling capacity in western coal measures,the drilling diameter,depth and drilling classification of shaft drilling rig in thick bedrock formation are analyzed and calculated,and the drilling technology of"one drilling into well"for intake shaft and"one expanding into well"for return shaft is proposed.The technical parameters such as weight on bit,rotational speed and corresponding drilling speed of mechanical rock breaking drilling under different formation conditions are analyzed.A full section drilling φ8.5 m,the rock breaking area of the bit is nearly 56.8 m^(2),it is appropriate to use low bit weight and low speed drilling,and φ4.2 m drill bit advance drilling and φ8.5 m drill bit reaming drilling,the bit weight can be appropriately increased to achieve the purpose of volume rock breaking.According to the measured statistics of drilling engineering data,the inlet air shaft φ8.5 m drilling depth reached 491.0 m with the highest monthly footage of 62.3 m;the return air shaft φ4.2 m drill bit advanced drilling depth of513.1 m with the highest monthly footage of 110.4 m;the reamer drilling bit φ8.5 m drill bit drilled depth of 511.0 m with the highest monthly footage of 171.3 m.The inlet and return air shaft in Kekegai Coal Mine in northern Shaanxi Province is the first successful application of shaft drilling method in coal measures in western China.The success of this industrial test can provide reference for the drilling method of shaft drilling rig in thick bedrock stratum in western China.
