摘要
本文研究了一种模块化三相三线制中点箝位型(Neutral Point Clamped—NPC)三电平逆变器中点电位控制与环流抑制的协同控制技术。首先介绍了模块化逆变器系统的整体结构与可切换的控制模态;然后针对NPC并联系统中特有的中点电位问题与模块间不均流的问题,提出一种和零序环流协同控制的准比例谐振的中点电压平衡算法。所提的优化控制方法可使NPC逆变器保证输出波形质量的同时具有更宽的稳定运行范围。仿真结果验证了理论分析的正确性。
This article studies a collaborative control technology for neutral point potential control and circulating current suppression in a modular three-phase three-wire neutral point clamped(NPC)three-level inverter.Firstly,the overall structure and switchable control modes of the modular inverter system were introduced;Then,in response to the unique midpoint potential problem and uneven current between modules in NPC parallel systems,a quasi proportional resonance midpoint voltage balance algorithm is proposed for collaborative control with zero sequence circulating current.The proposed optimization control method can ensure the output waveform quality of the NPC inverter while having a wider stable operating range.The simulation results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
