摘要
父母陪伴对学生的成长与发展有着重要作用,但父母陪伴如何助力处境不利学生实现学业逆袭的研究仍不充分。本文基于2020年江苏省基础教育学业质量监测数据,采用多层logistic回归模型以及夏普利值分解方法,探讨了父母陪伴如何助力处境不利学生实现学业逆袭。研究发现:在不同学段,父母陪伴对处境不利学生实现学业逆袭的影响存在差异;相对于父亲陪伴,母亲陪伴对处境不利学生实现学业逆袭更加重要;相较于初中阶段,小学阶段父母陪伴对于处境不利学生实现学业逆袭的影响更大;父母陪伴对处境不利学生实现学业逆袭的影响大于课外补习。基于此,父母应当重视陪伴子女的重要意义,在生活中多陪伴子女;学校教师应为家庭提供指导,以提高父母陪伴质量;政府可继续加大对处境不利家庭的资金支持,宣传父母陪伴的重要性。
Parental accompaniment plays an important role in students'growth and development,but there is still insufficient research on how parental accompaniment can help disadvantaged students'achieve academic adversity.This paper investigates how parental accompaniment helps disadvantaged students'achieve academic success based on the 2020 Jiangsu Provincial Basic Education Academic Quality Monitoring data,using a multilevel logistic re-gression model and a Shapley's value decomposition method.The study found that:the influence of parental companionship on disadvantaged students'aca-demic success differs among different levels;mother's companionship is more important to disadvantaged students'academic success than father’s compan-ionship;parental companionship has a greater influence on disadvantaged students'academic success in elementary school than in junior high school;and parental companionship has a greater influence on disadvantaged students'academic success than extracurricular tutoring.Based on this,parents should pay attention to the importance of accompanying their children and spend more time with them in their lives;school teachers should provide guidance for fami-lies to improve the quality of parental accompaniment;and the government can continue to increase financial support for disadvantaged families and promote the importance of parental accompaniment.
