摘要
目的探讨基于医护一体化理念的专项管理在输尿管镜碎石术患者中的应用价值。方法选择2019年1月—2022年12月上犹县中医院收治的80例输尿管镜碎石术患者,按随机数字表法分为2组,每组40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施基于医护一体化理念的专项管理,2组均护理至患者出院。对比分析2组术后恢复情况、心理状态、并发症发生情况、护理满意度。结果观察组初次肛门排气时间(25.16±3.92)h、初次下床时间(30.78±4.21)h、拔除导尿管时间(62.85±5.47)h、住院时间(6.97±0.86)d均短于对照组[(32.59±4.87)h、(41.42±4.63)h、(79.71±6.02)h、(7.94±1.04)d,且出院前1 d焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分(42.39±3.12)分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分(43.79±2.64)分及并发症发生率(5.00%)低于对照组[(46.54±2.76)分、(48.34±2.15)分、(20.00%)],护理满意度(95.00%)高于对照组(67.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于医护一体化理念的专项管理能够有效改善输尿管镜碎石术患者心理状态,加快术后恢复,且并发症较少,能够获得更高的护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application value of special management based on the concept of medical and nursing integration in patients undergoing ureteroscopic lithotripsy.Methods 80 patients with ureteroscopic lithotripsy admitted to the Shangyu county hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2019 to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups with 40 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given special management based on the concept of integration of medical care and nursing.Both groups were nursed until the patients were discharged.The postoperative recovery,psychological state,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the first anal exhaust time(25.16±3.92)h,the first getting out of bed(30.78±4.21)h,the catheter removal time(62.85±5.47)h,the hospitalization time(6.97±0.86)d was shorter than the control group(32.59±4.87)h,(41.42±4.63)h,(79.71±6.02)h,(7.94±1.04)d,and the anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)1 day before discharge The score(42.39±3.12)points,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score(43.79±2.64)points and complication rate(5.00%)were lower than those of the control group(46.54±2.76)points,(48.34±2.15)points,(20.00%),nursing satisfaction(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group(67.50%),with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The special management based on the concept of medical and nursing integration can effectively improve the psychological status of patients undergoing ureteroscopic lithotripsy,accelerate postoperative recovery,and achieve higher nursing satisfaction with fewer complications.
