摘要
帕金森病(PD)是一种常见的神经系统退行性疾病。近年来,随着以脑深部电刺激术(DBS)为代表的功能神经外科技术的发展,使用深部微电极记录的局部场电位(LFP)技术得到了广泛的应用。LFP技术对于深入PD的病理生理机制,改善PD的疗效具有重要意义,本文针对PD的LFP特征与应用进行探讨,旨在更加充分理解LFP特征在发掘PD电生理机制与指导临床实践。
Parkinson’s disease(PD)is a common neurodegenerative disorder of the nervous system.With the development of functional neurosurgery techniques,such as deep brain stimulation(DBS),the use of local field potential(LFP)recording with deep microelectrodes has been widely applied and has achieved numerous achievements.LFP technology is of great significance for understanding the pathophysiological mechanisms of PD and improving its treatment efficacy.This article discusses the characteristics and applications of LFP in PD,aiming to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the role of LFP features in exploring the electrophysiological mechanisms of PD and guiding clinical practice.
