摘要
目的对从海洋褐藻中提取的低分子量硫酸化多糖聚古罗糖醛酸硫酸酯(PGS)进行抗病毒活性评价。方法通过流式细胞仪分析、蛋白质印迹法(Western blot)和定量反转录聚合酶链反应(qRT-PCR)评估PGS对水泡疱性口炎病毒(VSV)的抗病毒活性。结果PGS具有抗VSV的活性。初步研究机制表明,PGS可能通过增强Ⅰ型干扰素(IFN)表达发挥抗病毒作用。
Objective To evaluate of the antiviral activity of the low molecular weight sulfated polysaccharide polyguluronate sulfate(PGS)that extracted from marine brown algae.Methods The antivirus activity of PGS against vesicular stomatitis virus(VSV)was evaluated via flow cytometry analysis,western blot,and quantitative reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR).Results PGS has the anti-VSV activity.Preliminary studies on the mechanism suggested that PGS exerted antiviral activity possibly through enhancing type-I interferon(IFN)expression.
