摘要
对标全过程工程咨询产业升级背景下市场对工程造价从业人员的需求,在工程造价专业的人才培养中以人文素养渗透、职业素养养成和专业技术积累等相互融合为原则,从而设计出“岗课赛证”融合的课程体系,基于产教融合构建多元团队育人主体,开发丰富的教学资源,以学生为中心改革教学方法,提高学生职业素养和实践能力,满足企业需求。
According to the market demand for engineering cost practitioners under the background of the upgrading of the whole process engineering consulting industry,in the talent training of engineering cost major,the principle of the integration of humanistic quality penetration,professional quality cultivation and profession⁃al technology accumulation is designed to integrate the course system of"post,course,competition,certificate".Based on the integration of production and education,the multi-team education body is built and rich teaching resources are developed.Student-centered reform of teaching methods is to improve students’professional quality and practical ability to meet the needs of enterprises.
