摘要
根据移动加载车轨道刚度检测方法和检测数据特点,提出了轨道刚度检测数据快速处理方法。采用小波-有序中值滤波方法将信号分解成含冲击噪声的高频部分和正常的低频部分,用相邻数据的有序中值替换冲击噪声;采用绝对里程修正方法,根据曲线信息提取各段曲线,通过相关性分析对曲线段进行里程粗调修正,再通过插值法进行里程精调;对检测数据滤波、里程校正处理以及对轻载和重载数据进行相关性分析后,得到荷载作用下的轨道变形,计算得到轨道刚度。依据数据处理方法,采用VS2019编程工具,开发了轨道刚度检测数据快速处理软件,软件运行良好。
A fast processing method for track stiffness detection data was proposed based on the detection method and data characteristics of the mobile loading vehicle track stiffness.Using the wavelet-ordered median filtering method,the signal was decomposed into high-frequency parts containing impulse noise and normal low-frequency parts,and the impulse noise was replaced by the ordered median of adjacent data.Using the absolute mileage correction method,each segment of the curve was extracted based on curve information,and the curve segments were roughly adjusted and corrected through correlation analysis.Then,the mileage was finely adjusted through interpolation method.After filtering the detection data,correcting the mileage,and conducting correlation analysis on light and heavy load data,the track deformation under load was obtained,and the track stiffness was calculated.Based on the data processing method and using the VS2019 programming tool,a fast processing software for track stiffness detection data was developed,and the software ran well.
