摘要
根据《城镇污水处理提质增效三年行动方案(2019-2021)》的通知,要求城镇污水处理厂进水生化需氧量(BOD)浓度低于100mg/L,要围绕服务片区管网制定“一厂一策”系统化治理方案,并且明确整治目标及措施。
According to the notification of the“Three-year Action Plan for Improving the Quality and Efficiency of Urban Sewage Treatment(2019-2021)”,it is required that the concentration of biochemical oxygen demand(BOD)of the inlet water of urban sewage treatment plants is lower than 100mg/L,and the systematic treatment plan of"one plant and one policy"should be formulated focusing on the service area pipeline network,and the regulation objectives and measures should be clearly defined.
