一种紧凑型低成本双陷波超宽带带通滤波器 被引量:1

摘要 为了在低成本电介质上实现良好的频率特性,提出了一种小型化多传输零点超宽带带通滤波器。首先,采用了“面对面”式过渡技术,微带线在顶部面对面排列,且在接地板采用了短路蝶形共面波导。其次,通过优化排列生成了具有准椭圆响应的超宽带滤波器,从而在通带边缘实现了两个传输零点并且改善了插入/回波损耗。然后,将折叠的开口环谐振器耦合到基本带通滤波器的馈线上,以便在超宽带频谱内外形成多个阻带。最后,将预测的仿真性能与实测数据进行了验证分析,两者表现出较好的相似性。实验结果表明,与现有类似带通滤波器相比,所提超宽带带通滤波器表现出更好的频率特性,能够在相对介电常数为4.4的低成本基板上实现两个传输零点,通带范围为2.75 GHz~10.7 GHz,尺寸仅为21.2 mm×16 mm。 In order to achieve good frequency characteristics on low-cost dielectrics,a miniaturized ultra-wideband bandpass filter with multiple transmission zeros is proposed.Firstly,the“face-to-face”transition technology is adopted,the microstrip lines are arranged face to face at the top,and the short-circuit butterfly coplanar waveguide is adopted at the ground plate.Secondly,the ultra-wideband filter with quasi-elliptic response is generated by optimizing the arrangement,thus realizing two transmission zeros at the edge of the passband and improving the insertion/return loss.Then,the folded split-ring resonator is coupled to the feed line of the basic band-pass filter,so as to form a plurality of stop bands inside and outside the ultra-wideband spectrum.Finally,the predicted simulation performance is verified and analyzed with the measured data,which show good similarity.The experimental result show that compared with that exist similar band-pass filters,the proposed ultra-wideband band-pass filter exhibits better frequency characteristics,which can realize two transmission zeros on a low-cost substrate with a relative dielectric constant of 4.4,with the pass-band ranging from 2.75 GHz~10.7 GHz,and the size of only 21.2 mm×16 mm.
