摘要
滚筒反力式制动检验台是目前国内外汽车检测线较为常用的制动力检测设备,是主要用于测量机动车轮制动力的计量设备。本文根据制动检验台的工作原理和测量方法,建立数学模型,并分析测量不确定分量来源,具体阐述了滚筒反力式制动检验台制动力示值误差的不确定度评定方法,确保了测量结果的可靠性。
The roller opposite force type brake tester is a common used braking force detection equipment for automotive testing lines both domestically and internationally,mainly used for measuring the braking force of motor vehicle wheels.The paper establishes a mathematical model based on the working principle and measurement method of the brake inspection platform,analyzes the sources of measurement uncertainty,and specifically elaborates on the uncertainty evaluation method of the indication error of braking force on the roller opposite force type brake tester,ensuring the reliability of the measurement results.
