北欧五国中文教育的发展特征、挑战与对策 被引量:2

Traits,Challenges and Countermeasures of Chinese Education Develop⁃ment in the Five Nordic Countries

摘要 瑞典、芬兰、丹麦、挪威、冰岛被称作“北欧五国”,中文教育对促进该区域民众了解中国、增强政治互信、培养语言人才发挥着重要作用。北欧五国中文教育已取得长足进步并初步形成区域特征:在基础教育阶段,瑞典、芬兰、丹麦三国颁布了中文教学标准并特设“母语教育”课程;在高等教育阶段,斯德哥尔摩大学等5所高校形成了完整的“本-硕-博”中文人才培养体系;在华文教育方面,华裔家长以轮流执教等方式支持华文教育发展。与此同时,北欧五国中文教育面临着国际政治风险较高、学习者人数少且中文水平较低、中文师资短缺、中文教学资源供给不足等挑战。因此,为推动中文教育可持续发展,应提高应对国际政治风险的能力,持续推进中文教育深度纳入国民教育体系,重点支持中文教师教育专业和中文师资联合培养项目,拓展教学资源供给渠道,以科技赋能推动在线中文课程转型升级。 Sweden,Finland,Denmark,Norway,and Iceland are known as the"five Nordic countries",and Chinese language education plays an important role in promoting the understanding of China,enhancing the politi-cal mutual trust,and cultivating language talents among the people of the region.The Chinese language education in the five Nordic countries has made great progress and initially formed regional characteristics:in the basic educa-tion stage,Sweden,Finland and Denmark have promulgated Chinese language teaching standards and specially de-signed"mother tongue education"courses;at the stage of higher education,five universities have formed a com-plete"bachelor-master-doctor"Chinese language talent training system,and Chinese parents support the develop-ment of Chinese language education by taking turns to teach.At the same time,Chinese language education in the five Nordic countries is faced with such challenges as high international political risks,a small number of learners and low Chinese proficiency,a shortage of Chinese language teachers,and insufficient supply of Chinese language teaching resources.Therefore,in order to promote the sustainable development of Chinese language education,it is necessary to improve the ability to cope with international political risks,continue to promote the in-depth inclu-sion of Chinese language education in its national education system,focus on supporting Chinese language teacher education majors and Chinese language teacher joint training projects,expand the supply channels of teaching re-sources,and to promote the transformation and upgrading of online Chinese language courses through technological empowerment.
