摘要 智能制造人才队伍建设是深化工业化进程、实现工业化梦想、推动我国迈向制造强国的重要举措。通过构建多学科会聚融合的“四级递进”模块化课程体系,开拓“四模块+四项目+四层次”递进式实践教学体系,创新“三阶递进”项目式教学方法,推进产教深度融合,实施校内外协同培养,实现人才培养模式改革和创新,为相关院校智能制造专业人才培养提供参考和借鉴。 The construction of intelligent manufacturing talent teams is an important initiative to deepen the pro⁃cess of industrialization,realize the dream of industrialization,and promote China’s progress towards a manufac⁃turing power.Through the construction of a multidisciplinary convergence and integration of the“four-level pro⁃gressive”modular curriculum system,the development of the“four modules+four projects+four levels”progres⁃sive practical teaching system,the innovation of the“three-step progressive”project-based learning methods,the promotion of the deep integration of industry and education,and the implementation of the collaborative cultiva⁃tion within and outside the university,it is aimed to achieve the reform and innovation of talent training mode,and provide reference for the training of intelligent manufacturing professionals in related colleges and universities.
