摘要
脉冲涡流检测技术是一种涡流无损检测新技术,具有操作便捷、在线检测、覆盖全面及结果直观等优势。介绍了脉冲涡流检测技术的原理、特点、应用范围及检测要求,气体精制装置胺液线、航煤加氢装置空冷器注水点的脉冲涡流检测及腐蚀原因分析实例证明,通过脉冲涡流检测可以快速全面检测设备/管线的剩余壁厚,并及时制定针对性的整治计划和预防措施,为大检修策略的优化完善提供数据支撑。脉冲涡流检测技术弥补了在线监测系统覆盖范围不广、定点测厚布点不足的问题,具有创新性、全面性和科学性,已经成为炼化企业提高腐蚀问题诊断和设备运行预知预判能力的新手段。
Pulsed eddy current testing technology is a new type of eddy current non-destructive testing technology,which has advantages such as convenient operation,online testing,comprehensive coverage,and intuitive results.The principle,characteristics,application scope,and testing requirements of pulsed eddy current testing technology were introduced.Examples of pulsed eddy current inspection and corrosion cause analysis of amine liquid line of gas refining plant and air cooler water injection point of jet coal hydro-treating plant have proved that the remaining wall thickness of equipment/pipeline can be quickly and comprehensively detected by the pulsed eddy current inspection,and targeted remedial plans and preventive measures can be formulated in time,which can provide data support for optimizing and perfecting the overhauling strategy.The pulsed eddy current testing technology makes up for the problems of the online monitoring system not covering a wide range and the lack of fixed-point thickness measurement,which is innovative,comprehensive,and scientific.It has become a new means for refining plants to improve the diagnosis of corrosion problems and the ability of equipment operation prediction.
