摘要
恶性骨肿瘤包括原发性肿瘤和转移性肿瘤,具有高致残率、高复发率、高死亡率的特点。传统的手术、放化疗等手段虽然能一定程度上提高恶性骨肿瘤治疗效果,但仍存在肿瘤复发率高、药物局部作用较弱、全身副作用较大等限制。新兴的磁靶向技术可以有效解决局部药物浓度不足的难题。通过磁场引导,磁性纳米粒子可以在肿瘤病灶部位聚集,发挥肿瘤治疗作用。本文总结了磁性纳米粒子在骨肿瘤治疗中的应用进展,为后续磁性纳米粒子在恶性骨肿瘤治疗中的研究起到一定的借鉴和参考意义。
Malignant bone tumors,including primary tumors and metastatic tumors,have the characteristics of high disability rate,high recurrence rate and high mortality.Although traditional therapeutic methods such as surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy can improve the therapeutic effect of malignant bone tumors to a certain extent,there are still some limitations including high recurrence rate,weak local effects of drugs and significant systemic side effects.The emerging magnetic targeting technology can effectively solve the problem of insufficient local drug concentration.Guided by magnetic field,magnetic nanoparticles can be concentrated at the tumor focus and have therapeutic effects on tumors.This paper summarizes the application progress of magnetic nanoparticles in the treatment of bone tumors,which provides certain reference and significance for the future researches of magnetic nanoparticles in the treatment of malignant bone tumors.
