摘要
[目的]本文旨在比较8个鲜食番茄品种在生长和品质上的差异,为喜好地区推荐不同种类番茄。[方法]以京番308(JF308)、京番309(JF309)、原味1号(YW1)、光辉201(GH201)、亚蔬006(YS006)、亚蔬12(YS12)、京采6号(JC6)、京采8号(JC8)为试验品种,采用熵权Topsis评价法对品质指标进行分析,采用主成分分析法对生长和品质指标进行综合分析。[结果]生长和品质指标变异系数显示不同鲜食品种番茄在生长和品质指标上存在明显差异。对番茄氨基酸聚类分析表明,品种之间氨基酸含量和组成存在显著差异,JF309、YW1、YS006和JC6的氨基酸总含量相对较高,YS006的甜味和鲜味氨基酸含量最高,YW1的芳香族氨基酸含量最高。通过对不同鲜食番茄品种品质指标进行熵权Topsis评价法分析,得出酪氨酸和糖酸比可以作为品种生长和品质的评价因子,YW1和YS006的品质指标相对最佳。主成分分析提取了6个主成分,累计贡献率为91.095%。根据综合得分显示YW1的综合评分最高,YS006次之,说明二者的综合表现最佳。[结论]综上所述,YW1和YS006可以作为优良品种进行栽培,不同品种特性不同,实际生产中需根据地区需求和品种特性选择栽培和推广。
[Objective]The aim of this study was to compare the differences in growth and quality among eight fresh-eating toma-to varieties,providing recommendations for different tomato varieties based on regional preferences.[Methods]The selected experimental varieties were‘JF308',‘JF309',‘YW1',‘GH201',‘YS006',‘YS12',‘JC6',and‘JC8'.Quality indicators were an-alyzed using the Entropy-Weighted Topsis evaluation method,and a comprehensive analysis of growth and quality indicators was performed using principal component analysis.[Results]The coefficient of variation in growth and quality indicators showed significant differences among different fresh-eating tomato varieties.Cluster analysis of amino acids in tomatoes showed significant variations in amino acid content and composition among the varieties.JF309,YW1,YS006 and JC6 had relatively high total amino acid contents,with YS006 having the highest levels of sweet and umami amino acids,and YW1 having the highest levels of aromatic amino acids.Through the Entropy Weighted Topsis Evaluation of different fresh-eating tomato vari-eties,it was determined that the tyrosine-to-sugar acid ratio could be used as an evaluation factors for growth and quality,with YW1 and YS006 exhibiting relatively optimal quality indicators.Principal component analysis extracted six principal compo-nents with a cumulative contribution rate of 91.095%.Based on the comprehensive score,YW1 had the highest overall rating,followed by YS006,indicating their best overall performance.[Conclusion]In summary,YW1 and YS006 are recommended as excellent varieties for cultivation.Different varieties have distinct characteristics,and the choices of cultivation and promo-tion should be based on regional preferences and specific variety traits.
