交流-冲击叠加电压试验平台设计与实现方法研究

摘要 GIS、电力变压器等高压电气设备在实际运行中会不可避免地遭受操作过电压与雷电过电压,交流与冲击过电压共同作用下将严重威胁设备的绝缘性能。为了研究交流—冲击叠加电压下电气设备绝缘缺陷的局部放电特性,研制了一套交流—冲击叠加电压试验平台,并提出了试验回路中各元器件参数的设计分析方法与理论计算模型。理论计算结合电路仿真合理地设计选取了保护元器件类型及参数,有效地避免了两种电压叠加过程中对试验设备的损坏。试验与仿真结果表明,该试验平台可以产生叠加相位可控、可调的交流—操作冲击叠加电压、交流—雷电冲击叠加电压。 High-voltage electrical equipment such as GIS and power transformer are unavoidably subjected to switching and lightning over voltage in the actual operation.Under the joint action of AC and impulse voltage,their insulation is seriously threatened.For studying the partial discharge characteristic of insulation defects in the electrical equipment under AC-impulse superimposed voltage,a set of test platform for AC-impulse superimposed voltage is developed.The design analysis method and theoretical calculation model of each component in test circuit are proposed.Theoretical calculation combined with circuit simulation reasonably design and select types and parameters for protection components,the damage to the test equipment during the superposition processes of two types of voltages is effectively avoided.The test and simulation results show that the test platform can generate AC and switching impulse superimposed voltage as well as AC and lightning impulse superimposed voltage with controllable and adjustable superimposed phase.
