摘要
对花生皮色素进行提取,其工艺为浴比1:30、pH值3、温度40℃、乙醇浓度60%、时间60min,花生皮染料粗品提取率可达29.22%。采用天然染料花生皮色素进行毛条染色试验,通过单因素试验探讨染料用量、染色温度、pH值、保温时间对染色效果的影响。通过分析得出花生皮色素上染毛条的最佳工艺为染料用量12%(owf)、染色温度90℃、pH值6、保温时间80min。染色后毛条的耐洗色牢度、耐日晒色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度测试结果均在4级以上,且染色后纤维的强力、断裂伸长损伤较小。
The natural pigment from peanut coat was extracted by the following process:solid-liquid ratio 1:40,pH value 3,extraction temperature 40 C,ethanol concentration 60%,extraction time 60 min.The extraction rate of peanut coat dye was 29.22%.The effects of dye dosage,heat preservation temperature,pH value and heat preservation time on dyeing effect were discussed by single factor experiment.The optimal process for dyeing woolen sliver with natural dye peanut coat was analyzed as fllows:dye content 12%(owf),dyeing temperature 90℃,pH value 6,heat preservation time 80 min.The test results of fastness to washing,fastness to sunlight,fastness to rubbing were all above grade 4.The fiber damage was decreased.
