摘要
我国《民法典》的颁布与实施对民法学课程思政实施方案的统一、课程思政元素的挖掘、课程思政教学内容与方法的改革提出了更高要求。在民法学课程思政的实施中,需要明确课程思政的推进目标,这是统一课程思政方案的基础。同时,应重点从《民法典》编纂历史、社会主义核心价值观、新兴民事权益诉求三个维度,挖掘以《民法典》为中心的民法学课程思政元素。民法学课程思政的推进应立足于我国社会基础,立足于回应当代民众的权益诉求,教学活动应全程坚持“以问题为导向”的启发式教学,教学内容与方法应充分体现我国科学技术的进步与商业模式的创新,体现《民法典》的时代性。
The promulgation and implementation of the Civil Code put forward higher requirements for the unification of the implementation plan of ideological and political education in Civil Law courses,the excavation of ideological and political elements in courses,and the reform of teaching contents and methods in ideological and political education.In the implementation,first of all,we need to clarify the goal of promoting ideological and political education in curriculum,which is the basis of unifying it.At the same time,we should excavate the ideological and political elements of civil law curriculum centered on China’s Civil Code from three dimensions:the compilation history of the Civil Code,the socialist core values and the demands of emerging civil rights and interests.The promotion of ideological and political education in Civil Law course should be based on the social foundation of our country and respond to the demands of contemporary people’s rights and interests.Teaching activities should adhere to the problem-oriented heuristic teaching in the whole process.Teaching content and methods should fully reflect the progress of science and technology and the innovation of business model in our country,and reflect the epochal nature of the Civil Code.
