香菇多糖对育肥猪生长性能、免疫指标、屠宰性能和肉品质的影响 被引量:1

Effects of lentinan on growth performance,slaughtering performance,meat quality and immune indexes of finishing pigs

摘要 文章旨在探索香菇多糖对育肥猪生长性能、免疫指标、屠宰性能和肉品质的影响。试验将160头体重在(60±1.0)kg的杜×长二元杂交育肥猪均分成4组,每组4个重复,每个重复10头,其中试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组和试验Ⅳ组分别在基础日粮中添加0、0.5%、1.0%和1.5%的香菇多糖,并在正式试验的第56天对育肥猪的生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质和免疫指标的各项指标进行检测。结果显示,与试验Ⅰ组相比,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组育肥猪的末重、平均日增重、平均日采食量、屠宰率、胴体斜长和pH_(24h)值均显著提高(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组育肥猪的料重比、背膘厚、剪切力、蒸煮损失率和滴水损失均会显著降低(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组育肥猪静脉血清中的IgG和IgA含量均显著升高(P<0.05)。以上结果表明,随着香菇多糖的添加,育肥猪的生长性能、免疫指标、屠宰性能和肉品质均得到改善,1.5%的添加比例效果最优。 To explore the effects of Lentinan on growth performance,immune indexes,slaughter performance and meat quality of finishing pigs.In this experiment,a random number table method was used to measure 160 with a body weight of 60±1.0 kg binary hybrid fattening pigs were divided into four groups,with 40 pigs in each group and 4 replicates,with 10 pigs in each replicate,of which Group I,Group II,Group III and Group IV were fed with 0,0.5%,1.0%and 1.5%Lentinan respectively in the basic diet.On the 56th day of the formal test,the growth performance,slaughter performance,meat quality and immune indicators of the fattening pigs were tested.The results showed that compared with Experiment Group I,the final weight,average daily gain,average daily feed intake,slaughter rate,carcass slant length,and pH24h value of fattening pigs in Experiment Group II,Experiment Group III,and Experiment Group IV were significantly increased,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);The feed weight ratio,back fat thickness,shear force,cooking loss rate,and drip loss of fattening pigs in Experiment II,Experiment III,and Experiment IV groups were significantly reduced,with significant differences(P<0.05);The levels of IgG and IgA in the venous serum of fattening pigs in Experiment II,Experiment III,and Experiment IV groups were significantly increased,with significant differences(P<0.05).The above results showed that the growth performance,immune indexes,slaughter performance and meat quality of finishing pigs were improved with the addition of 1.5%Lentinan to the basic diet.
