摘要
针对某香料化工企业废气收集差、治理难的问题,采用源头设备提升+过程收集完善+末端治理达标的治理模式,通过淘汰落后的生产设施,完善无组织废气的收集,实现无组织废气转变为有组织废气,废气收集风量由8000 m^(3)/h提升至15000 m^(3)/h,并最终选用了“水吸收+活性炭吸附-催化燃烧”治理工艺对有组织废气进行治理。经监测,整治前废气中非甲烷总烃排放浓度为70~120 mg/m^(3),整治后非甲烷总烃排放浓度为20~50 mg/m^(3),污染物去除率为90%,废气污染物排放满足《大气污染物综合排放标准》(GB 16297-1996),气味明显降低,废气治理设施年运行费用为23.2万元,取得了良好的整治提升效果。
Aiming at the problems of poor waste gas collection and difficult treatment in a spice chemical factory,the mode of source control and process collection and end-treatment was adopted.By eliminating backward production facilities and improving the collection of unorganized waste gas,unorganized waste gas was converted into organized waste gas,the air volume of waste gas collection was increased from 8000 m^(3)/h to 15000 m^(3)/h,Finally,the treatment process of“water absorption+activated carbon adsorption-catalytic combustion”was selected to treat the organized waste gas.According to the monitoring,the emission concentration of non methane total hydrocarbon before the regulation is 70~120 mg/m^(3),the emission concentration of non methane total hydrocarbon after the regulation is 20~50 mg/m^(3),and the pollutant removal efficiency reached 90%,exhaust gas emission meets“Integrated emission standard of air pollutants”,the odor is significantly reduced.The annual operation cost of waste gas treatment facilities is 232000 yuan,which achieved a good improvement effect.
