摘要
随着国内深水气田开发范围从300 m区域向1500 m区域发展,以抑制天然气管道内水合物形成为核心的流动保障性技术,成为南海深水油气开发的关键技术。从而提出一种乙二醇再生与回收工艺流程,通过膜分离单元、再生塔以及盐沉降罐等关键工艺设备,实现脱烃、脱盐、脱水的全部功能。经过小试试验与中试试验,证明了系统工艺稳定性和可靠性,并结合目标气田提出一套适用于我国南海深水气田的乙二醇再生与回收工艺方案。
With the development scope of deepwater gas fields in China from the 300 m area to the 1500 m area,the flow guarantee technology concentrated on inhibiting the formation of hydrates in natural gas pipelines has become key technology for the development of deepwater oil and gas in the South China Sea.This article proposes a regeneration and recovery process for ethylene glycol,which achieves the all functions of hydrocarbon removal,desalination and dehydration through key process equipment such as membrane separation units,regeneration towers and salt settling tanks.After bench-scale tests and pilot-scale tests,the stability and reliability of the system process have been proven,and a set of regeneration and recovery process plan for ethylene glycol suitable for deepwater gas fields in the South China Sea has been proposed in combination with the target gas field.
