摘要
《中华人民共和国药典》中收载的中药材红花Carthamus tinctorius L.是菊科属植物,药用部位为红花的干燥花。红花作为一种传统中药材,拥有久远的用药历史。红花首次记载于《开宝本草》,具有活血化瘀、通经止痛功效。临床上多用于治疗痛经、经闭、跌打损伤等病证。目前,研究者们从红花中分离获得多种化学成分,主要包括黄酮类、生物碱类、聚炔类、亚精胺类、多糖类及无机元素等,其中研究最多的是黄酮类化合物。红花丰富的化学成分,使其药理作用也十分广泛。如羟基红花黄色素作为红花的主要成分之一,越来越多的研究发现其在心血管疾病的治疗中具有保护作用,而且治疗效果明显。而红花多糖红花具有广泛的生物活性,它的药理作用体现在机体多个方面。现代研究表明,红花不仅对心脑血管、免疫系统等有一定的作用,而且还有抗炎镇痛、抗肿瘤、抗氧化等多种药理活性。此外,红花不仅拥有广泛的药理作用,而且红花植株具有耐盐、耐旱、耐贫瘠的优良特性,使其具有极高的经济价值和社会效益。为合理开发红花资源,通过查阅大量国内外文献资料,总结阐述红花化学成分和药理作用,以期为红花的研究提供参考。
Honghua(Carthami Flos)included in Chinese Pharmacopoeia is the dried flower of Honghua(Carthamus tinctorius L.).Honghua(Carthami Flos)has a long history as a kind of traditional Chinese medicine and is first recorded in Kaibao Mate-ria Medica,which has the effects of activating blood circulation and resolving blood stasis,promoting menstruation and relieving pain.It is often used to treat dysmenorrhea,amenorrhea,traumatic injury and other diseases in clinic.At present,researchers have obtained a variety of chemical components from Honghua(Carthami Flos),mainly including flavonoids,alkaloids,polyacet-ylenes,spermidines,polysaccharides and inorganic elements,etc.The most studied ones are flavonoids.Honghua(Carthami Flos)is rich in chemical components,so its pharmacological effects are also very extensive.Hydroxysafflor yellow is one of the main components of Honghua(Carthami Flos).More and more studies have found that it has a protective role in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases,and the therapeutic effect is significant.Then the polysaccharide of Honghua(Carthami Flos)has a wide range of biological activities,and its pharmacological effects are reflected in many aspects of the body.Modern research shows that Honghua(Carthami Flos)not only has a certain effect on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system,and immune system,but also has a variety of pharmacological activities such as anti-inflammatory and relieving pain,anti-tumor and anti-oxida-tion.Besides,the wide range of pharmacological effects,salt tolerance,drought tolerance and barren tolerance of Honghua(Carthami Flos)make it achieve high economic and social benefits.In order to introduce advances in the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of Honghua(Carthami Flos),domestic and foreign literatures of Honghua(Carthami Flos)in recent years have been consulted.This overview will provide scientific basis for the further utilization of Honghua(Carthami Flos).
