摘要
黄芪,始载于《神农本草经》,其性味功效明确,临证应用疗效突出,临床应用广泛。现代药理学研究发现多糖、黄酮和皂苷为黄芪主要药效成分,且研究证明其具有多系统的靶向治疗作用,在呼吸系统、循环系统、消化系统、神经系统等疾病中疗效显著。该文通过挖掘分析黄芪常用对药情况,发现当归、防己、桂枝、丹参、葛根、甘草、白术七味中药与黄芪配伍用药频率较高。以传统功效结合现代药理学研究为方法,探究配伍机制并论证其配伍意义,发现黄芪配伍当归多用于血液系统疾病,配伍防己可用于肾脏疾病,配伍桂枝抗炎作用显著,配伍丹参用于循环系统疾病,配伍葛根对糖尿病治疗效果确切,配伍甘草可以改善免疫系统,配伍白术利尿作用显著,且对心脑血管疾病具有一定疗效,从而能够更好地指导临床遣方用药。
Huangqi(Astragali Radix),originally published in Shennong Materia Medica,has clear sexual and taste effect,outstanding clinical application effect,and is widely used in clinic.Modern pharmacology has found that polysaccharides,flavonoids and saponins in Huangqi(Astragali Radix)are the main pharmacodynamic components of Huangqi(Astragali Radix),and studies have proved that Huangqi(Astragali Radix)has multi-system targeted therapy effect,and has significant curative effect in diseases of respiratory system,circulatory system,digestive system and nervous system.In this paper,by digging and analyzing the commonly used combination of Huangqi(Astragali Radix),it was found that the compatibility of Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix),Fartgji(Stephaniae Tetrandrae Radix),Guizhi(Cinnamomi Ramulus),Danshen(Salviae Miltiorrhizae),Gegen(Puerariae Lobatae Radix),Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma)and Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma)with Huangqi(Astragali Radix)was higher.Combining traditional efficacy with modern pharmacological research,the compatibility mechanism was studied and its significance was demonstrated.It was found that Huangqi(Astragali Radix)compatibility with Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix)were used for blood system diseases,Fangji(Stephaniae Tetrandrae Radix)was used for kidney diseases,Guizhi(Cinnamomi Ramulus)had significant anti-inflammatory effect,Danshen(Salviae Miltiorrhizae)was used for circulatory system diseases,Gegen(Puerariae Lobatae Radix)was used for diabetes treatment,Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma)could improve the immune system,Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma)had significant diuretic effect,and has a certain effect on cardiovascular cerebrovascular disease,so as to better guide clinical prescription drug use.
