摘要
目的:探讨椎间盘镜微创手术对腰椎间盘突出症患者临床症状的改善效果。方法:选取72例腰椎间盘突出症患者,经数字表法随机分为对照组(36例,行开放手术)和微创组(36例,椎间盘镜微创手术),对比两组患者临床疗效、手术指标(术中出血量、手术时间和手术切口)、临床指标(卧床时间、住院时间和术后首次排气时间);对比两组患者手术前后疼痛程度评分。结果:微创组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);微创组患者在术中出血量、手术时间及手术切口三个手术指标方面显著低于对照组(P<0.05);微创组患者下床时间、住院时间和术后首次排气时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者手术后7天疼痛较手术前下降(P<0.05),微创组患者VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:椎间盘镜微创手术对腰椎间盘突出症患者临床症状的改善效果较高,术后恢复更快,且可以有效缓解患者术后疼痛。
Objective:To study the improvement effect of Minimally invasive procedure under discoscopy on clinical symptoms of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:Seventy two patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected and divided into the control group(36 cases,open surgery)and the minimally invasive group(36 cases,discoscopy Minimally invasive procedure)by Excel.The clinical efficacy,surgical indicators(intraoperative blood volume,operation time and Surgical incision),clinical indicators(bedridden time,hospital stay and first postoperative exhaust time)of the two groups were compared;Compare the pain scores of two groups of patients before and after surgery.Result:The total effective rate of excellent and good in the minimally invasive group was higher than in the control group(P<0.05);The volume of intraoperative bleeding,operation time and Surgical incision in the minimally invasive group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The time of getting out of bed,hospitalization,and first postoperative exhaust in the minimally invasive group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);The pain in both groups decreased 7 days after surgery compared to before surgery(P<0.05);The VAS score of patients in the minimally invasive group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical symptoms of patients with lumbar disc herniation can be improved by discoscopy Minimally invasive procedure.The postoperative recovery is faster and the postoperative pain can be effectively alleviated.
