摘要
目的:研究足部血压校零位置与腋中线水平一致的部位。方法:选择在某医院行冠心病介入手术的患者66例,测量将压力传感器置于患者腋中线、足跟、足外踝、足尖处的收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压值,以腋中线处血压作为标准血压,足跟、足外踝、足尖处血压作为观察血压,分析血压监测值的变化情况。并选择40例患者,将测压管路连接两路压力传感器,验证两处的血压值。结果:足外踝处收缩压(P=0.80)、舒张压(P=0.76)、平均动脉压(P=0.85)与腋中线处差异无统计学意义;足跟处收缩压(P=0.21)与腋中线处差异无统计学意义,舒张压、平均动脉压有显著差异。足尖处血压值与腋中线处均有显著差异。验证显示足外踝与腋中线处血压值差异无统计学意义。结论:冠心病介入手术中,足外踝水平处可作为压力传感器校零位置。
Objective:To investigate where the blood pressure calibrating zero position on the foot is consistent to the level of the mid-axillary line of patients with coronary intervention.Methods:66 patients receiving percutaneous coronary intervention in a hospital were studied.The systolic pressure,diastolic pressure and mean arterial pressure at the midaxillary line,heel,lateral ankle and toe of them were measured and the pressure at midaxillary line was taken as the control group and that at the heel,lateral ankle and toe were regarded as the observation group.In the experiment,the pressure measuring pipeline was connected with sensors of two different body parts to verify the blood pressure values at two points.Results:The systolic pressure(P=0.80),diastolic pressure(P=0.76)and mean arterial pressure(P=0.85)at the lateral ankle of the foot are not significantly different from those at the midaxillary line.The systolic blood pressure at the heel(P=0.21)does not significantly different with that of the midaxillary line while significant difference can be found between the diastolic blood pressure and the mean arterial blood pressure.All indicators of blood pressure are significantly different from those at the midaxillary line.As shown by the verification,there is no statistically significant difference between the blood pressure at the lateral ankle with that at the midaxillary line.Conclusion:The level of the lateral malleolus can be used as the zero position of the pressure transducer underwent coronary interventions.
