摘要
锅炉烟道气驱油技术可以实现节能增效的双重效果,但在烟道气回收及注入过程中会对设备设施造成一定程度的腐蚀。通过对烟道气回收及注入系统中的腐蚀与防护方法进行分析和总结,简要介绍了燃气锅炉烟道气的回收注入流程,详细分析了烟道气组分、压力、温度、流速、材料和地层水性质等因素对金属腐蚀行为的影响,对锅炉烟道气回收及注入系统现场的腐蚀防护措施和进一步的相关研究提出了建议。
Boiler flue gas oil displacement technology can achieve the dual effect of energy conservation and efficiency enhancement,but it will cause a certain degree of corrosion to equipment and facilities during flue gas recovery and injection.Through the analysis and summary of corrosion and protection method of flue gas recovery and injection system,the recovery and injection process of flue gas in gas fired boilers was briefly introduced,the effects of flue gas components,pressure,temperature,flow rate,material and formation water properties on metal corrosion behavior were analyzed in detail,and suggestions for on-site corrosion protection measures of boiler flue gas recovery and injection system and further related research were put forward.
