摘要
目的:探讨以微信群为载体的同伴支持健康教育在老年肠造口患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月于重庆医科大学附属第一医院胃肠外科收治的老年肠造口患者68例为研究对象,根据手术时间将2021年1—12月的患者分为对照组(n=32),将2022年1—12月的患者分为观察组(n=36)。对照组采用胃肠外科常规健康教育,观察组在对照组的基础上采取以微信群为载体的同伴支持健康教育。比较干预3个月后两组患者自我效能[采用造口患者自我效能量表(SSES)评价]、自我护理能力[采用自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评价]和生活质量[采用造口患者生活质量量表(Stoma-QOL)评价]。结果:干预3个月后,两组患者SSES各项目评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者ESCA各项目评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者Stoma-QOL各项目评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以微信群为载体的同伴支持健康教育可提高老年肠造口患者自我效能及自我护理能力,改善患者生活质量,值得临床应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of peer support health education based on wechat group in elderly patients with enterostomy.Methods From January 2021 to December 2022,68 elderly patients with enterostomy admitted to the Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University were selected as the research objects.According to the operation time,patients from January to December 2021 were divided into the control group(n=32).The patients from January to December 2022 were divided into the observation group(n=36).The control group was given routine health education of gastrointestinal surgery,and the observation group was given peer support health education based on wechat group on the basis of the control group.The self-efficacy[evaluated by the Stoma Self-efficacy Scale(SSES)],self-care ability[evaluated by the Exercise of Self-care Agency Scale(ESCA)]and quality of life[evaluated by the Stoma-Quality of Life(Stoma-QOL)]were compared between the two groups 3 months after intervention.Results After 3 months of intervention,the SSES scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the SSES scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of each item of ESCA in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of each item of Stoma-QOL of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The peer support health education based on wechat group can improve the self-efficacy,self-care ability and quality of life of elderly patients with enterostomy,which is worthy of clinical application.
