摘要
针对双轨式钢轨探伤仪主要进行钢轨内部探伤、无法同步进行钢轨表面监控的情况,提出集成超声波探伤与轨面图像监控的方法,即在原探伤数据采集的基础上,同时进行钢轨表面图像监控,实现15~20 km/h检测速度下钢轨伤损检测。介绍了集成系统的组成、工作原理和工作状况。在系统试验性能测试过程中,伤损检出效果好、轨面监控图像清晰,对提高判伤效率与探伤准确性具有一定的实际意义。
Based on the situation that the double-track rail flaw detector mainly performs internal flaw detection and cannot synchronize the surface monitoring of rail,a method integrating ultrasonic testing and rail surface image monitoring is proposed.This method simultaneously monitors rail surface images based on the original testing data acquisition system,achieving rail damage detection at 15~20 km/h speed.The composition,working principle and working conditions of the integrated system are introduced.In the experimental process of the system,the damage detection effect is good,and the monitoring image of the rail surface is clear,which has specific practical significance for improving detection efficiency and detection accuracy.
