连接器保持架多向抽芯热流道注射模具设计 被引量:1

摘要 对某产品的连接器保持架进行了特征分析,为了使保持架在圆周方向获得较高的拉伸强度,避免多浇口熔接改变分子链取向,设置了单浇口充填,经Moldflow软件验证,该种进胶方式较合适。针对保持架全周都有倒扣特征,将保持架全周划分为A区域、B区域、C区域,分别对各区域设置了相适应的“斜导柱-滑块”结构;为了减少流道凝料,优化生产节拍,设置了热流道结构,热流道进胶点与模流软件内设置一致;设置水路,使进水方向与料流方向一致,实现“水料并行”;设置先复位机构,保证顶针端面与动模模仁完全贴合。 The characteristics of the connector cage of a certain product were analyzed.In order to obtain higher tensile strength of the cage in the circumferential direction and avoid the change of molecular chain orientation by multi-gate welding,the single gate filling was set.The Moldflow software verified that this kind of gluing method was more suitable.In view of the inverted feature in the whole circumference of the cage,the whole circumference of the cage was divided into A region,B region and C region,and the corresponding“inclined guide post-slide block”structure was set for each region.In order to reduce the flow coagulant,optimize the production rhythm,set the hot runner structure,hot runner into the glue point was consistent with the mold flow software.The water way was set,so that the direction of water intake was consistent with the direction of material flow,so as to realize“parallel water and material”.The reset mechanism was set to ensure that the end face of the thimble was completely fitted with the moving die.
