串罐无料钟炉顶均压放散系统控制时序

摘要 介绍了串罐无料钟炉顶设备均压放散系统的工作原理、目的及控制时序。由于高炉冶炼为带压操作,为了顺利将炉料布入高炉里面,必须进行均压放散。通过安装在均压放散系统的管道和设置在所述均压放散管道上的均压阀组和放散阀组,控制无料钟炉顶设备各个阀门的动作时序,从而保证炉料顺利进入高炉。 The paper introduced the working principle、purpose and control sequence of pressure equalization and release system of the bell-less furnace top equipment in tandem tank.Because the blast furnace smelting is operation with pressure,in order to smoothly distribute the charge into the blast furnace,it is necessary to carry out the pressure equalization release.Through the pipeline installed in the pressure equalizing release system and the pressure equalizing valve group and the pressure releasing valve group arranged on the pressure equalizing release pipeline,the operation time sequence of each valve of the bell-less top equipment is controlled,so as to ensure the smooth flow of the charge into the blast furnace.
