摘要
目的调查成都市区县级医院妇产科护士职业倦怠情况。方法于2021年12月1日-12月30日,以成都市10家区县级医院156名妇产科护士为调查对象,采用基本情况表、护士职业倦怠量表NBS调查妇产科护士职业倦怠情况并进行分析。结果发放156份电子问卷表,共回收有效问卷149份,有效回收率为95.51%;NBS平均得分为(141.89±26.93)分,职业倦怠阳性率为54.36%,其中18.12%为重度职业倦怠。不同职称妇产科护士NBS各维度得分及其总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同年龄段妇产科护士生理心理症状评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且46~60岁年龄段护士NBS得分高于另外两组年龄段的护士;不同文化程度妇产科护士人格特征、应对方式得分及NBS总分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且文化程度为本科的护士NBS得分较高;不同婚姻状况妇产科护士常见压力源、职业倦怠、人格特征、心理症状得分及NBS总分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且已婚护士NBS得分较高。结论区县级医院妇产科护士职业倦怠发生率较高,文化程度、婚姻状况、年龄、职称等均可影响妇产科护士职业倦怠的产生。临床管理部门应加强妇产科护士的关怀,制定合理的工作制度,采取有效的措施预防妇产科护士职业倦怠的发生。
Objective To investigate the job burnout of obstetrics and gynecology nurses in county-level hospitals in Chengdu.Methods From December 1,2021 to December 30,2021,156 nurses in obstetrics and gynecology department from 10 district and county hospitals in Chengdu were investigated.The basic situation table and Nursing Burnout Scale(NBS)were used to investigate and analyze the job burnout of nurses in obstetrics and gynecology department.Results A total of 156 electronic questionnaires were distributed,and 149 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective recovery rate of 95.51%.The average score of NBS was(141.89±26.93)scores,and the positive rate of job burnout was 54.36%,of which 18.12%were severe job burnout.There was no significant difference in NBS scores and total scores of nurses with different professional titles in obstetrics and gynecology department(P>0.05).There were significant differences in the scores of physiological and psychological symptoms among nurses with different age groups(P<0.05),and the NBS scores of nurses aged 46-60 years were higher than those of the other two age groups.There were significant differences in personality characteristics,coping style scores and NBS total scores of obstetrics and gynecology nurses with different educational levels(P<0.05),and the NBS scores of nurses with bachelor's degree were higher.There were statistically significant differences in the scores of common stressors,job burnout,personality characteristics,psychological symptoms and total NBS scores among obstetrics and gynecology nurses with different marital status(P<0.05),and married nurses had higher NBS scores.Conclusion The incidence of job burnout of nurses in obstetrics and gynecology department is high in district and county hospitals.Education level,marital status,age and title can affect the occurrence of job burnout of nurses in obstetrics and gynecology department.Clinical management departments should strengthen the care of nurses in obstetrics and gynecology department,formulate reasonable working system,and take effective measures to prevent the occurrence of job burnout of nurses in obstetrics and gynecology department.
