“互联网+”在妇产科临床教学中的研究与实践

摘要 目的调查“互联网+”在妇产科临床教学中的效果。方法选取2021年9月—2022年6月郑州大学及新乡医学院参加过线上学习、能够完成网络问卷调查、知情同意并自愿参与调查的在校医学本科生、本科已毕业的医学生及医学研究生共437名作为研究对象。采用问卷调查方法,调查内容包括学生基本信息、学习一般情况、对线上学习的认同程度、对教师线上授课的满意度、线上学习的优势、线上学习存在的问题共六部分。结果在回收的409分有效问卷中,共319名学生具有较强的自主学习意愿,其中270名学生认为线上学习有利于检索到想要的内容及重点,319名学生认为线上学习可以及时预习复习、查漏补缺、拓展所学知识。其余学生因各种原因不愿主动线上学习。在对线上学习的认同度上,200名学生(48.90%)认为线上教学授课优于线下课堂授课,209名学生(51.10%)认为前者并没有优于后者。线上学习有多种优势例如更具有灵活性,更容易和教师直接交流或提问等。同时线上学习也存在着许多缺点如课堂监管困难,加重负担以及难以明确对知识的接受程度等。结论在实践的过程中基于“互联网+”的妇产科临床教学质量需要进一步提高,改进教学方式方法,建立新型教学评价系统,从而探索出“互联网+”的新型教学实践模式。 Objective To investigate the effect of"Internet+"in clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods From September 2021 to June 2022,a total of 437 participants,consisting of medical undergraduate students,graduates,and medical postgraduates currently enrolled or previously graduated from Zhengzhou University and Xinxiang Medical University were selected as the subjects for this research.These participants had experience with online learning,were capable of completing web-based surveys,had given informed consent,and willingly agreed to participate.The research employed a questionnaire survey approach that encompassed six main sections,including gathering basic demographic information,assessing general learning conditions,gauging the degree of acceptance of online learning,evaluating satisfaction with online teaching by faculty,identifying the advantages of online learning,and exploring the challenges associated with online education.Results In the 409 valid questionnaires collected,a total of 319 students had a strong willingness to learn independently.Among them,270 students believed that online learning was beneficial for retrieving the desired content and key points,while 319 students believed that online learning could timely preview and review,fill in gaps,and expand their knowledge.Other students were unwilling to take the initiative to learn online due to various reasons.In terms of identification with online learning,200 students(48.90%)believed that online teaching was better than offline classroom teaching,while 209 students(51.10%)believed that the former was not superior to the latter.Online learning had various advantages,such as greater flexibility and easier communication or questioning with teachers.At the same time,online learning also had many drawbacks,such as difficulty in classroom supervision,increased burden,and difficulty in clarifying the level of acceptance of knowledge.Conclusion In the process of practice,the quality of clinical teaching in obstetrics and gynecology based on"Internet+"needs to be further improved,the teaching methods and approaches should be improved,and a new teaching evaluation system should be established,so as to explore a new teaching practice mode of"Internet+".
