摘要
随着转化医学的发展,医工交叉成为医学科研中的热门理念。作为一种复合型人才,对医工交叉人才的需求也不断增加。厦门大学附属心血管病医院作为医学高等人才的培养基地,培养对象从传统医学学科向医、工、信等多学科交叉领域拓展,利用学科优势,立足临床,推动“医产学研用”紧密结合,不断在心血管诊疗新技术及新器械研发方面寻求突破,探索具有专科特色的人才培养模式,为国家培养更多优质医工复合型人才。文章先阐述了专科医院研究生培养模式和专科医院在研究生培养中的优劣势,后分析了新医科、新工科背景下人才培养模式的转变,最后从“创新医工交叉融合培养机制”“立足大健康,全面提升学科交叉技术”“发挥学科优势,促进医工信交叉人才培养”“开展培养改革试点,提升人才培养质量”等方面探讨了医工交叉研究生培养模式的优化措施,希望对相关工作的开展提供参考。
With the development of translational medicine,the medical industry intersection becomes a hot concept in medical scientific research.As a kind of complex talents,the demand for interdisciplinary talents is increasing.As a training base for higher medical talents,the Cardiovascular Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University expands its training objects from traditional medical disciplines to interdisciplinary fields such as medicine,engineering and information technology.By taking advantage of the disciplinary advantages and based on clinical practice,it promotes the close combination of“medical industry,university,research and application”,constantly seeks breakthroughs in the research and development of new technologies and new instruments for cardiovascular diagnosis and treatment,and explores the talent training mode with specialty characteristics,so as to train more quality medical professionals for the country.This paper first describes the graduate training mode of specialized hospitals and the advantages and disadvantages of specialized hospitals in graduate training,and then analyzes the transformation of talent training mode under the background of new medicine and new engineering.Finally,it starts from aspects of“innovating the cross-integration training mechanism of medicine and industry”“comprehensively improving interdisciplinary technology based on Great Health”and“giving full play to disciplinary advantages,promoting the training of medical and professional crossgraduate talents”“carrying out the training reform pilot,improving the quality of talent training”and so on,hoping to provide reference for the development of related work.
