木芙蓉花质量标准研究

摘要 目的:确立了木芙蓉花的质量控制标准。方法:通过外观特征鉴定、显微鉴别和薄层色谱法(TLC)等对木芙蓉花进行定性鉴别;根据2020年版《中国药典》四部通则中的检查内容分别对不同批次木芙蓉花的水分和水溶性浸出物含量进行测定;并利用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定对木芙蓉花中有效成分芸香苷进行含量测定。结果:木芙蓉花的外观性状和显微特征清晰可辨;TLC斑点清晰、分离效果佳;10批木芙蓉花水分含量平均值为10.10%,水溶性浸出物平均值为41.53%。芸香苷含量在0.0188~0.9412μg范围内,呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999),平均加样回收率为101.5%,RSD为1.16%。结论:方法准确可信,操作简便可行,为木芙蓉花的质量控制提供了理论依据。 Objective In this study,the quality standard control method of Hibiscus mutabilis flowers was established.Methods Microscopic identification and TLC were adopted in the qualitative identification of Hibiscus mutabilis flowers.The contents of water and water-soluble extractive were determined according to the methods of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.The content of rutin was determined by HPLC.Results The microscopic features of Hibiscus mutabilis flowers were identified.The characteristic spots of the rutin reference substance could be clearly displayed by TLC.The average contents of water and water-soluble extract in ten batches of Hibiscus mutabilis flowers were 10.10% and 41.53%,respectively.The content of rutin was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography.rutin showed a good linear relationship in the 0.0188-0.9412μg(r=0.9996),with an average recovery of 101.5% and RSD of 1.16%.Conclusion This method is accurate and reliable,and the operation is simple and feasible,which provides a theoretical basis for the quality control of Hibiscus mutabilis flowers.
