摘要
随着航空业的高速发展,我国航空公司的规模日益扩大,公司运营逐步走向成熟,其发展主题已经开始由强调“规模”向强调“质量”转变。财务管理作为公司运行的基石,其重要性日益突出。文章主要分析了国内航空公司财务管理的特点以及其所面临的财务风险,并提出了相应的解决措施,以期为大型航空公司打造“世界一流”企业提供一定的参考。
With the rapid growth of the airline industry,the scale of Chinese airlines is expanding,and company operations are going mature gradually.The emphasis on the development now is shifting from"scale"to"quality".Financial management,as the root of company operations,is increasingly important.This article mainly analyzes the characteristics and risks of financial management on domestic airlines,proposes corresponding solutions,and provides some references for large-scale airlines to build a worldwide first-class enterprises.
