通过分析新时代国家安全能力现代化的核心内涵和实现路径,可以更好推进国家安全能力现代化建设,维护国家安全和社会稳定。新时代国家安全能力现代化的实现路径包括协同高效维护国家安全:构建国家安全能力现代化的治理共同体;注重法治思维维护国家安全:增强国家安全能力现代化的法治底蕴;注重科技赋能维护国家安全:确立国家安全能力现代化的科技先导;注重基层基础维护国家安全:凸显国家安全能力现代化的立体性构造;打造坚强的国家安全干部队伍:把握国家安全能力现代化的政治关键;加强国家安全意识教育:培养国家安全能力现代化的深层意识;推进发展和安全深度融合:夯实国家安全能力现代化的发展基础。
The analysis of the core connotation and realization path of the modernization of national security capability in the new era is conducive to the modernization of national security capability and the maintenance of national security and social stability.The path to realize the modernization of national security capability in the new era includes the coordinated and efficient maintenance of national security to construct a governance community to modernize the national security capability,cultivation of the rule of law thinking to reinforce the legal foundation of the modernization of national security capability,technological empowerment to establish the scientific and technological leadership of the modernization of national security capability,preliminary foundation safeguarding to highlight the three-dimensional structure of the modernization of national security capability;training of a strong contingent of national security cadres to grasp the political key to the modernization of national security capability,promotion of the national security consciousness education to cultivate the deep consciousness of the modernization of national security capability,and deep integration of development and security to consolidate the foundation for the modernization of national security capability.
