摘要 为解决长九神山灰岩矿溜井-平硐开拓生产系统地下水的水患问题,对矿山已建溜井设计实施井筒渗涌水防治方案,并对防治效果进行评价。采用多比例改性尾矿泥双液浆进行地面井筒帷幕注浆,浆液材料及注浆工艺有效防止了浆液通过溶蚀灰岩通道向井内跑浆。注浆过程中随灌浆孔次序增加,钻孔透水率和单位注浆量降幅明显,浆液扩散良好。注浆结束后检查孔压水试验合格率为95%,根据井下渗涌水观测结果得到溜井堵水率为99%。井筒帷幕质量优良,达到了预期堵水效果,能有效截流矿区岩溶地下水,可供同类露天灰岩矿山参考。 In order to solve the problem of karst groundwater flooding in the limestone mine chute-tunnel production system of Changjiu Shenshan limestone mine,the wellbore seepage prevention and control plan was designed and implemented for the built chute of the mine,and the engineering effect was evaluated.Multi-scale modified tailings mud double liquid slurry was used for surface wellbore curtain grouting was carried out,and the slurry material and grouting process effectively prevented the slurry from running into the well through the dissolved limestone channel.During the grouting process,with the increase of the order of grouting holes,the water permeability of drilling holes and the unit grouting amount decreased significantly,the slurry diffuses well.After the end of grouting is completed,the pass rate of the pressurized water test of the inspection hole is 95%,and the water blocking rate of the chute is 99% according to the observation results of underground seepage water.The comprehensive evaluation shows that the wellbore curtain has excellent quality,achieves the expected water blocking effect,and can effectively intercept karst groundwater in the mining area,and the research results can be used as a reference for similar open-pit limestone mines.
