摘要
某硫铁矿浓密系统和井下开拓工程已建成,为实现矿山尾砂的零排放,降低井下自燃风险,确定了用尾砂进行料浆膏体充填采矿方案。在对尾砂成分和粒度进行分析的基础上,确定其可形成“结构流”,并基于L型管道试验确定了料浆的流变参数,完成了全距离泵送和泵送+自流输送2种输送方案的设备选型和投资估算,最终确定泵送+自流输送的料浆输送方案。
The thickening system and underground development project of a pyrite mine have been completed.In order to realize the zero discharge of mine tailings and reduce the risk of underground spontaneous combustion,the slurry paste filling mining scheme with tailings is determined.Based on the analysis of the composition and particle size of the tailings,it is determined that it can form a“structural flow”,and the rheological parameters of the slurry are determined based on the L-type pipeline test.The equipment selection and investment estimation of the two transportation schemes of full-distance pumping and pumping +self-flowing transportation are completed,and the slurry transportation scheme of pumping + self-flowing transportation is finally determined.
