摘要
目的观察白金平喘合剂对儿童哮喘发作期临床症状、肺功能、FeNO、EOS、IL-4、IgE的改善情况,评价白金平喘合剂治疗儿童哮喘发作期的临床疗效。方法选择102例哮喘发作期患儿,采用随机对照法分为观察组与对照组,各51例。观察组予白金平喘合剂口服治疗,对照组予孟鲁司特钠口服治疗联合吸入用布地奈德混悬液雾化治疗,2组均治疗7d,比较2组治疗前后临床症状、FEV_(1)、FVC、FEV_(1)/FVC、FeNO、EOS、IL-4、IgE变化。结果观察组临床有效率(98.03%,50/51)高于对照组(96.07%,49/51)(P>0.05);观察组相关症状及体征缓解时间优于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后FEV_(1)/、FVC、FEV_(1)/FVC、FeNO、EOS、IL-4、IgE均有改善(P<0.05),观察组改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论白金平喘合剂可以有效缓解儿童哮喘发作期的临床症状,并在改善肺功能、FeNO、EOS、IL-4、IgE具有一定的优势,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To observe the improvement of clinical symptoms,lung function,FeNO,EOS,IL-4,and IgE in children with asthma attack treated with Baijin Pingchuan Mixture,and to evaluate its clinical efficacy.Methods A total of 102 children with asthma attack were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 51 cases in each group.The observation group received an oral treatment with Baijin Pingchuan Mixture,while the control group received an oral treatment with montelukast sodium combined with inhalation nebulization of budesonide suspension.Both groups were treated for 7 days.The changes in clinical symptoms,FEV_(1),FVC,FEV_(1)/FVC,FeNO,EOS,IL-4,and IgE were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The clinical effective rate of the observation group(98.03%,50/51)was higher than that of the control group(96.07%,49/51),yet there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).The relief time of related symptoms and signs in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,FEV_(1),FVC,FEV_(1)/FVC,FeNO,EOS,IL-4,IgE were improved in both groups(P<0.05),and the improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Baijin Pingchuan Mixture can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of children with asthma attack,and has certain advantages in improving lung function,FeNO,EOS,IL-4,and IgE,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
