摘要
通过分析钒钛矿的成分及矿相特点,分析钒钛矿对高炉造渣的影响,指出可通过调整碱度、增加MgO含量等措施改善渣铁流动性及提高脱硫、排碱能力,并列举探讨了炉渣中不同含钛量条件下相应的冶炼造渣实例供业内参考。
The effect of blast furnace slag on vanadium titanite was analyzed through analysis of the composition and mineral phase characteristics of vanadium titanite,it is pointed out that slag iron mobility and desulfuration and alkali discharge capacity can be improved through alkalinity adjustment,MgO content increasing and the other measures,it is also discussed the corresponding smelting and slagging examples of furnace slag with different titanium contents for industry reference.
