摘要
总结高天舒教授基于《黄帝内经》“脾藏意”理论,以脾为切入点,从脾论治自身免疫性甲状腺炎伴认知功能障碍的临床经验。提出脾虚痰瘀为自身免疫性甲状腺炎相关疾病的根本病机,治疗当以健脾化痰活血化瘀为主。临床应用自拟方“健脾化痰活血方”加减治疗疾病且取得了较好疗效,在缓解临床症状、降低抗体、减轻认知功能障碍等方面都独有特色,为自身免疫性甲状腺炎伴认知功能障碍的中医临床防治提供了新的指导思想。
It is to summarize Professor GAO Tianshu's clinical experience in the treatment of autoimmune thyroiditis with cognitive impairment from spleen based on the theory of“spleen storing idea”of Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic and taking spleen as the starting point.It is suggested that spleen deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis are the fundamental pathogenesis of autoimmune thyroiditis related diseases,and the treatment should be mainly to strengthen spleen,remove phlegm,activate blood circulation and remove blood stasis.The clinical application of the self-made formula“Jianpi Huatan Huoxue Formula(健脾化痰活血方)”in the treatment of diseases has achieved good curative effect.It has unique characteristics in alleviating clinical symptoms,reducing antibodies and reducing cognitive impairment,which provides a new guiding ideology for the clinical prevention and treatment of autoimmune thyroiditis with cognitive impairment.
