摘要
经典名方半夏泻心汤在主治、配伍、方义等方面存在争议,回归《伤寒论》原文,辨析其主治应为寒热错杂痞证,素体虚弱是根本,气机逆乱,升降失司是关键;结合《神农本草经》辨析其君药与方义,黄连与半夏为君药可解决主要症结,用辛散、苦泄、甘补以纠虚实、寒热、升降之偏,恢复中焦之动态平衡为其方义;结合现代临床应用进展,总结其治疗要点为胃痞或是素体虚弱,升降失司,阴阳失和,寒热错杂。
The classic formula Banxia Xiexin Decoction(半夏泻心汤)is controversial in terms of indications,compatibility and prescription.Returning to the original text of Treatise on Febrile Diseases,its indications should be fullness syndrome with mixed cold and heat.Weakness of the body is the root,the disorder of Qi movement and the imbalance of ascending and descending are the keys.Combined with Shennong's Materia Medica,it analyzed its noble medicine and the explanation of the prescription.Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizoma)and Banxia(Pinelliae Rhizoma)are the monarch drugs in the prescription to solve the main symptoms.The drugs with pungent taste are used to disperse,the drugs with bitter taste to purge and the drugs with sweet taste to tonify.The imbalance states of excess and deficiency,cold and heat,ascending and descending can be regulated.Making middle-Jiao dynamic balance is its main function.Combined with the progress of modern clinical applications,the main points of its treatment were summarized as gastric tuberculosis or weak body,disorder of ascending and descending,disharmony between Yin and Yang,and mixed cold and heat.
