摘要
采用盐酸羟胺对柚子皮粉末进行改性,制备改性柚子皮吸附剂,用于废水中染料亚甲基蓝(MB)的吸附研究。考察了吸附剂种类和用量、pH、时间对MB去除率的影响。用优化吸附剂M3处理MB溶液,在吸附剂用量为2 g/L、pH为9、吸附40 min时,最大去除率为83.20%,最大吸附量为40.40 mg/g。优化条件下,改性吸附剂对MB去除率提高了27.36%,用扫描电镜表征吸附剂的外观,改性后的柚子皮表面更粗糙,微孔增多,有利于MB的吸附。
Modified pomelo peel adsorbent was prepared by modifying pomelo peel powder with hydroxylammonium chloride for the adsorption of methylene blue(MB)in wastewater.The effects of adsorbent,pH,time,and dosage on the removal rate of MB were studied.The results showed that the removal rate of MB by the modified adsorbent increased by 27.36%.The MB solution was treated with optimized adsorbent M3.When the adsorbent dosage was 2 g/L,pH was 9,and adsorption was 40 minutes,the maximum removal rate was 83.20%,and the maximum adsorption amount was 40.40 mg/g.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)was used to characterize the appearance of the adsorbent.The surface of the modified pomelo peel was rougher,with more micropores,which was helpful the adsorption of MB.
