摘要
通过梳理党的十八大以来体育强国建设的重大成就,明确当前我国体育发展基础,结合党的二十大精神提出新时代体育强国建设的理论内涵、首要任务和实现路径。认为:新时代体育强国是中国共产党领导的社会主义体育强国,既有世界体育强国的共同特征,更有基于国情的中国特色;推动体育高质量发展是新时代体育强国建设的首要任务,需围绕精神更强、物质更强、制度更强、协调更强、融入更强的内在要求展开;中国特色体育现代化是新时代体育强国建设的必由之路,应从加快树立体育文化自信、推动全民健身与全民健康深度融合等方面推进中国特色体育现代化发展。
With the review of great achievements in the construction of a leading sporting nation since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the foundation of sports development in China is clarified.And,with the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the CPC,the theoretical connotation,mission and realization of the path in building a leading sporting nation in the new era are analyzed.It holds that the leading sporting nation in the new era is a socialist sporting power under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,characterized by both the world's leading sporting nations and Chinese characteristics based on its own national conditions.Promoting the high-quality development of sports is the primary task of the construction in leading a sporting nation in the new era,which should be centered on the inherent requirements of stronger spirit,richer materials,stronger system,better coordination and integration.The modernization of sports with Chinese characteristics is the necessary way for the construction of a leading sporting nation in the new era,and the key path to promote its modernization should follow the establishment of sports cultural confidence,public participation and whole-nation health,etc.
