摘要
目的:对比分析在实施卵巢囊肿手术治疗过程中Ethicon Endo-Surgery超声刀止血与康基KJ-SJ0205双极电凝止血获得的效果。方法:本次实验研究将2019年9月~2022年9月在本院接受卵巢囊肿手术治疗的患者42例作为实验对象,根据患者所运用止血方式的不同将其分为人数相同的实验组(n=21)与对比组(n=21),分别给予超声刀止血与电凝止血。结果:与对比组患者相比,实验组患者手术时间较短,术中出血量相对较少,P<0.05。两组患者术前生殖激素水平、卵巢超声指标并无显著统计学差异,P>0.05;术后实验组患者上述相关指标水平显著差别于对比组患者,P<0.05。实验组患者并发症发生率、复发率均低于对比组患者,P<0.05。结论:超声刀止血属于卵巢囊肿手术中一种理想止血方式,其效果显著优于双极电凝止血。
Objective:To compare and analyze the effect of ultrasonic knife hemostasis and bipolar electrocoagulation in the surgical treatment of ovarian cyst.Methods:In this study,42 patients who received surgical treatment for ovarian cyst in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2022 were selected as experimental subjects.According to the different hemostatic methods used by the patients,they were divided into experimental group(n=21)and control group(n=21)with the same number of people,and were respectively given ultrasonic knife hemostasis and electrocoagulation hemostasis.Results:Compared with the control group,the operation time of the experimental group was shorter,and the intraoperative blood loss was relatively less,P<0.05.There were no significant differences in preoperative reproductive hormone levels and ovarian ultrasound indexes between the two groups,P>0.05.The level of the above related indexes in the experimental group was significantly different from that in the control group,P<0.05.The complication rate and recurrence rate of experimental group were lower than those of comparison group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Ultrasonic knife hemostasis is an ideal hemostatic method in the operation of ovarian cyst,its effect is significantly better than bipolar electrocoagulation hemostasis.
