摘要
以“省道S361里水大道广佛跨线改造桥中、东幅桥的快速拆除及重建工程项目”为对象,开展基于SPMT模块车“墩梁协同”整跨移运非标预制小箱梁与预制墩柱盖梁一体化的设计和施工、预制大尺寸的斜交桥墩及盖梁整体与承台连接的关键技术等方面的研究。对目前国内尚未采用的对预制PC结构采用模块车整体移运的关键技术进行分析,对此类型的上部结构的新施工工法进行尝试和创新,与钢-砼组合梁、钢箱梁上部结构的整跨移运施工相比,具有较好的经济效益。工程实践丰富了现有桥梁更换技术,较大缩短桥梁更换施工交通封闭的时间,提高工程质量,保证更换安全,具有良好的社会效益。
In this paper,taking the“Rapid Demolition and Reconstruction Project of the Middle and East Bridges of Lishui Avenue Guangfo Overpass Reconstruction Bridge ofProvincial Highway S361”as the object,for the whole-span transportation of non-standard prefabricated small bridges based on SPMT modular vehicles and“pier-beam coordination”,key technologiesof design and construction of the integration of box girder and prefabricated pier-column-cap-girder,the connection of prefabricated large-size oblique bridge piers and cap-girder as a whole and the caphave been carried out.For the PC structure,the key technology of the overall moving of the modular vehicle has been adoptedto make an in-depth analysis,to try and innovate the new construction method of this type of superstructure.Being compared with the whole-span moving construction of the steel-concrete composite beam and the steel box beam superstructure,it has good economic benefits.The research can make up for the deficiency of the existing bridge replacement technology,greatly shorten the traffic closure time of bridge replacement construction,reduce the negative social impact,improve the project quality and construction period,ensure the replacement safety and have positive social benefits.
