摘要 国内传统服装企业的供应链系统通常存在产品开发速度慢、库存压力大以及信息系统不完善等问题,通过改造,一部分大型服装企业的供应链虽得到优化,但仍存在一些问题,如:牛鞭效应导致的信息共享准确度低、节点企业繁多且缺少诚信保障,“以销定产”被动生产局限,销售渠道结构单一等。基于此,文章提出进行IOP系统数字化布局以促进供应链相关企业的信息共享,提升企业快速反应能力,通过全渠道融合,帮助服装企业实现供应链升级。 The supply chain system of domestic traditional garment enterprises often faces issues such as slow product development,high inventory pressure,and an inadequate information system.Through the transformation,some parts of the supply chain for large-scale garment companies have been improved.However,there are still some issues that need to be addressed.These challenges consist of the following:inaccurate information sharing caused by the bullwhip effect,the existence of multiple process enterprises without integrity guarantees,restrictions on production that are dependent on marketing,and a reliance on a single sales channel.The article suggests implementing a digital layout of the IOP system to facilitate the sharing of information among supply chain-related companies.This will enhance the agility of enterprises and support the upgrade of apparel companies’supply chains through omnichannel integration.
